Shipping & Delivery
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store, or ship them directly to your doorstep. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about pickup, shipping, and much more.
To get shipping on our product, you will need to place your order by 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please refer to the table below to see when your item will arrive:
Order before 5:00pm, Monday to Friday → Delivers in 5-7 business day
Order before 5:00pm on a Friday → Delivers on Monday
Order after 5:00pm, Monday to Friday → Delivers in two business days
Order after 5:00pm on a Friday, or any time on Saturday or Sunday → Delivers on Tuesday
Peninsular Malaysia will be extra charge RM8 for delivery fee if u purchase less than RM150
East Malaysia will be extra charge RM15 for delivery fee if u purchase less than RM150
Unless specified otherwise on the product page, most products ship within 3 to 5 business days from our warehouse.
Certain products ship within 10 to 20 business days after purchase if the items are pre-order.
Bebecute Boutique Online Store aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact Customer Service at email@example.com
Why does it take so long for me to receive my order?
This is because certain items are made to order and/or are mostly imported from different countries.
Why haven’t I received my order even after the specified shipping time?
There are two possibilities:
1) There’s a delay with the shipping from our merchant.
2) Items are sometimes held up by our Royal Malaysian Customs Department.
For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org Customer Service to initiate the return.
Please ensure that the Return Slip is included in the parcel, and that the item(s) have not been worn and are in their original packaging. The item(s) must be returned to our returns address within 7 days upon receiving the item(s)

Most items can be picked up at our store Bebecute Boutique ( Citta Mall – Location Map ).
If you’ve previously selected Bebecute Boutique Store, our product pages will display Available for Pickup with your previous Bebecute Boutique location. You can click the See more stores link to check pickup availability at a different Bebecute Boutique.
Once you’re ready to purchase, select the Local Pick up button on the Checkout page. If you would like to change delivery, please contact to our customer services, (*will be extra charge for delivery fee if u purchase less than RM150 for Malaysia.)
If you would like someone else to pick up your items, select “Local Pick up” and take note in Pickup Details on the Checkout page
To pick up your items in Bebecute Boutique Store, you will need to bring the Cash used for payment, or the order number and a valid photo ID. If you have designated a Pickup Contact, they will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID.
Items marked Available Today will usually be ready for pick up within an hour. You’ll receive a Pickup Notification email or sms when each item becomes available. Please wait for the Pickup Notification email or sms before coming to the Bebecute Boutique Store.
Once your order is placed, Bebecute Boutique provides information on your order by email. The type of email you receive depends on whether you chose to have the items shipped or picked up
Order Acknowledgement Email
The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order. If you are shipping an item on your order, the Order Acknowledgement will display the shipping address. You can track your order status in online Tracking status.
For pickup items on your order, the Order Acknowledgement email will display the Bebecute Boutique location. If you have designated someone to pick up your items, the Order Acknowledgement email will also display your Pickup Contact.
Shipment Notification Email
We’ll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a Delivers by date. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the carrier’s website.
For an Bebecute Online Store by Email under Bebecute Boutique, we’ll send you an email notification once we send the gift card to the recipient.
Pickup Notification Email
Once your items are available at the Bebecute Boutique, we’ll send a Pickup Notification email.
To pick up your items, you will need to bring the card used for payment, or the order number and a valid photo ID. If you have designated someone else to pick up your items, they will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID.
Pickup Reminder Email
We’ll send a Pickup Reminder email if all of your items have been available for two days.
